Is anyone interested in upgrading to Windows 7 Home Edition?

I bought the full install discs today for my grandparents' computer, but I wasn't able to do anything with it because their computer is so old the CD drive can't read DVDs. When I tried to return it they wouldn't take it back because I had opened it to figure out I could use it.

So the point is this: I would like some return on the $212.99 I spent on this circle 'o plastic. I'll naturally give a discount on the price, but like I said I'd like to get some return here.

So if you were planning on buying it anyway, make me an offer. :)

Does anybody know of a pretty cheap web designer? I have an online-sales type website that I want to get set up, but I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars. It would be a VERY simple website, so I was thinking maybe somebody that did it from their home, or a beginner or somebody in school still. Really the price is what I'm most concerned about.

While I'm pretty sure most of you read the AV Club without my sending you there, I wanted those missing out to know that they released their lists of the best short story collections and the best books of the decade today.

I've only read three of these books: Freakonomics, The Blind Assassin, and The Time Traveler's Wife. I hated the Atwood.

(Oh, I've also read the Harry Potter, of course, but should that really have made this list?)

Which of these have you guys read, and which would you deem worthy of inclusion on a best-of-the-decade list?
